Facts about Hakuba
That was my first trip to Japan and I had an absolute blast
Hi Mel and Susan,
Just wanted to thankyou both for doing an amazing job of taking care of our trip to Japan.
That was my first trip to Japan and I had an absolute blast.
The accommodation in both destinations were so well located in both instances.
I know we chased you guys up in early December so the results you git us are even more remarkable
James House in Nozawa was essentially Board in and Out far better than friends who were at the other end of town getting on travelator every day and the
Swiss bakery 1minute walk away was always great for a quick Brekke.
And The HOTEL: WEISSER HOF HAPPEI was hilarious. It was like a WIM WENDERS time capsule film set with a lovely family right in the heart of Happo.
Will definitely be booking thru you guys again for the next trip.
Hakuba is Amazing
Sorry this has taken me so long, but I wanted to let you know what an amazing time Pene & I had in Japan. Everything ran smoothly. (Aside from almost missing the bus to Hakuba from Tokyo!!)
Thanks so much for booking everything for us, it was great and now I want to do it every year! Where is my money tree!!
Hope you and the family are well,

Thank you Alison for all the work you did in organising a fantastic holiday . Hakuba was an unbelievable place to stay and the two weeks I spent there , it will always be one of the best holidays ever .
The staff at the Gondola Lodge we very helpful the rooms / amenities were always clean and being opposite Gondola Adam made it so easy to hit the powder first thing (after breky)
Only 1 problem I should have gone to the JHN counter on arrival for Hakuba transfer (bit of confusion at the airport)

Fantastic Hakuba
We just got back from our ski trip to Hakuba this morning and it was amazing! We all had an absolutely fantastic time and everything was extremely well organised. The only slight error was that we requested western beds and we got Japanese beds but they were very comfortable and we survived intact!
Thanks again for all the organisation on your and Carly’s behalf. It was a blast!
Hakuba
Hi Melissa,
Came back from our trip a couple of days ago.
Had a great time. The hotel room was a bit small but everything else was great, especially the organisational details. All went precisely as planned.
Next time we’ll stay longer to make the very long tiring trip worthwhile.
Many thanks,
Peter
