A range of apartments are available to be booked throughout Niseko. The package price is based on a 2 Bedroom Deluxe Apartment to Youtei Tracks or Yama Shizen in the Upper Hirafu area.
These 2 bedroom units are modern and comfortable. Some enjoy good views of the ski hill and Mt Yotei and feature fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Youtei Tracks Niseko
Completed in 2006, this upper village location cannot be beaten. Approx. 350 m to the Ace Family chair, Youtei Tracks is a stylish building surrounded by the best Hirafu has to offer in restaurants and bars. Large windows allow for maximum natural light. All furnishings have been hand selected by Australian interior designer, Lynn Malone, for maximum comfort and function. Each kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and stove top. Laundry facilities are located in the entrance area of each unit, making these facilities available to all guests when the two key units are rented separately. The basement has large ski and drying rooms and each unit has secure facilities within each. The ski room has a fully equipped tuning bench for guest use. Units ranging from studio up to 3 bedroom condos are available.
Yama Shizen Niseko
Yama Shizen has 39 units, ranging in size from Studio Rooms to 3 bedroom Penthouses. It is ideally located in upper Hirafu Village, with excellent access to the slopes, shopping, hot springs, and all the best restaurants. Designer interiors, contemporary architecture and the latest in alpine materials, Yama Shizen offers superior levels of quality, comfort and privacy.
Deep Tracks Niseko
Located just 250 meters from the main gondola, these hugely popular units were constructed in 2004. Each unit offers warm, cosy interiors and an abundance of natural light and superior levels of privacy. Individual balconies let you take in all the action right on your doorstep. Fully equipped western style kitchens with open plan living / dining areas allow you to entertain in style. The basement area offers large communal ski storage and drying rooms as well as laundry facilities.
Sekka Kan
Completed in December 2008, this boutique block of 4 apartments represents one of the finest, most well-appointed offerings from the ‘Sekka Style’ team. Located in Hirafu village, the building is a short walk to the Ace Family Lift, village convenience store and most restaurants. Each apartment is equipped with European kitchen appliances, spacious bathrooms and its own laundry facilities. Studio apartments and Master Bedrooms have desk space available for those who cannot completely escape the rat race. For a more discerning experience these apartments are a great choice and come in studio, 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom. Be quick – there are not many!
Kisetsukan
Kisetsukan, meaning ‘A Sense of the Seasons’, is a collection of 9 units. The building was completed in late 2008. Each unit is luxuriously furnished and comes complete with fully equipped western kitchen and home theatre system. Private balconies allow guests to enjoy the surrounding beauty year round. For winter guests, the location allows for easy access to the village shuttle service, ski lifts, fine dining and natural hot springs. The one, two and three bedroom condos are 800m from the ski lifts but offer a quality accommodation at a very reasonable price.
Miharashi Apartments
Located in the Upper Village, each of these six units offer stylish and spacious living. The building is conveniently located a minute’s walk to restaurants, bars and shopping and 5 minutes to the Ace Family chair lift. The Miharashi building was completed in December 2004 and features a communal laundry area as well as a communal ski, snowboard and boot storage facility
Niseko Hirafu ski holiday
Susan did a great job booking our flights, accommodation, Niseko airport bus transfer, ski hire, and lift tickets for our family trip – Sydney, tokyo, Niseko, back to Sydney. Suggest booking early to have choice of the best deals. I would recommend using the ski travel company.
