Sambuca is a collection of apartments located above Hotham Heights Chalets on Hot Plate Drive. The views are majestic, with vistas of Swindlers Valley and Mount Loch.  All apartments come with spacious balconies.

Sambuca apartments offer great group and family accommodation and are located next to the Village Chairlift at Hotham.  Because of the location you will have an easy a relaxing holiday and have all Hotham has to offer at your door step

The Sambuca apartments prime location is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, bistros, cafes, licensed supermarket, retail stores and a day spa. They offer stunning mountain views from a private balcony and feature modern furnishings, stainless steel appliances and open plan living.

No over snow transport is required while staying at Sambuca as you can unpack your luggage from your car into the apartment before parking your car in the overnight car parking area. Each apartment also features ski lockers and drying facilities for your stay.
