Embers Steakhouse’s warm, cabin like atmosphere and classic “Chop House” menu featuring AAA Alberta Beef has made it a favorite among locals for years. With a variety of steak, wild game, accompaniments, vegetables, and sauces to choose from, we encourage you to get creative and build your own unique steak dinner. Before or after your meal it will be hard to resist the warm and inviting Fireside Lounge. The Fireside Lounge offers a lighter fare menu consisting of appetizers, perfect for sharing with a selection of burgers and sandwiches.

The Fireside Lounge at the Marmot Lodge features leather couches and a cozy fireplace, the ideal place to relax after an exciting day in Jasper. With full access to the Embers Steakhouse menu, guests can enjoy food and wine in a serene atmosphere.
