Completed in 2006, Youtei Tracks enjoys a prime location in Upper Hirafu, just 350 metres from the Ace Family Chairlift. Furthermore, some of Niseko’s best restaurants, cafés and bars are only a short walk away.

Completed in 2008, Sekka Kan is a boutique property featuring just four premium apartments. Located in Hirafu Village, it is only a short walk from the Ace Family Lift, convenience store and local restaurants.
Each apartment includes European kitchen appliances, spacious bathrooms and private laundry facilities. In addition, selected rooms include dedicated desk space for guests needing to work during their stay. Available in studio, three and four-bedroom configurations, Sekka Kan is an excellent choice for travellers seeking a more refined Niseko experience.
Kisetsukan
Kisetsukan, meaning “A Sense of the Seasons”, is a collection of just nine well-appointed apartments. Each residence features a fully equipped Western-style kitchen, home theatre system and private balcony.
Furthermore, the property offers convenient access to the village shuttle, ski lifts, restaurants and hot springs. Although located approximately 800 metres from the lifts, Kisetsukan delivers excellent value with quality one, two and three-bedroom accommodation.
