The Timberline Condominiums offer a collection of ski-in, ski-out vacation rental properties. Located on the slopes of Snowmass Ski Area, guests enjoy the spacious comfort of a private residence. Services include minimal housekeeping, complimentary Aspen airport shuttle, complimentary Snowmass Village shuttle, full-service front desk, complimentary wireless internet, pool, hot tubs, steam room, fitness center, and business center. Slope side sundeck features BBQ grills and picnic tables. On-site restaurant serving dinner only. The restaurant is closed during Spring and Fall off-seasons. Timberline does not have elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. As the temperatures in the mountains rarely get too hot, we don’t have A/C in the condos but we do have floor fans in all the condos for your comfort. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in two different locations on the property.
