A range of apartments are available to be booked throughout Niseko. The package price is based on a 2 Bedroom Apartment at Youtei Tracks in February 2027
These 2 bedroom units are modern and comfortable. Some enjoy good views of the ski hill and Mt Yotei and feature fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Youtei Tracks Niseko
Ideally positioned in Upper Hirafu, Youtei Tracks is just 350 metres from the Ace Family Chairlift. In addition, guests are within easy walking distance of many of Niseko’s best restaurants and bars. Apartments range from studios to three-bedroom condos and feature fully equipped kitchens, comfortable furnishings and large windows that maximise natural light. Meanwhile, ski storage, drying rooms and a tuning bench provide added convenience for skiers and snowboarders.
Yama Shizen Niseko

Deep Tracks Niseko
Situated just 250 metres from the main gondola, Deep Tracks combines convenience with privacy. Each apartment features cosy interiors, large windows and open-plan living and dining areas. Sekka Kan
Completed in 2008, Sekka Kan is a boutique collection of just four premium apartments. Located in Hirafu Village, it is only a short walk to the Ace Family Lift, restaurants and the village convenience store. Furthermore, each apartment features European kitchen appliances, spacious bathrooms and private laundry facilities. Kisetsukan
Meaning “A Sense of the Seasons”, Kisetsukan is a collection of nine beautifully appointed apartments.
